About The Founder

The founder, a BSN registered nurse, has many years of wide ranging experiences working with people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. She is a very strong advocate and supporter of the disadvantaged. As a nurse, she worked in hospital medical/surgical unit, as a community health nurse, and with people with acute and chronic mental illness. She also has experience working with the homeless population. She takes pride in serving and working with diverse group of people.

She also had previously owned and managed a Community Based Residential Facility for which she received the State of Wisconsin Governor’s award in 2002.

Her experience running a Community Based Residential Facility helped her to discover that even with the best care in facilities, what residents wanted the most was remaining in the comfort of their own homes. As a result, she sold her facility to found a home Care company to provide care to clients in their own homes.
